Recipe's preparation
Lay
each crepe onto individual plates.Spread
hollandaise across each crepe.Lay
ham over crepe and fold.Top
with spinach, poached egg and drizzle with additional hollandaise.Season
to taste. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve whilst hot.
