Ingredients

Easy Peasy Teriyaki Sauce

  • 250 g light soy sauce
  • 200 g mirin
  • 200 g sake
  • 100 g sugar raw

Recipe's preparation

  1. add sugar 30 second / speed 9
  2. add light soy sauce/ mirin/ sake , heat at 90C/ 5min/ Gentle stir setting
  3. once combined transfer to an empty bottle.
