Ingredients

1 bottle(s)

  • 40 g olive oil
  • 70 g thawed spinach portions
  • 400 g Tin Tomatos
  • 50 g red wine
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 100 g whole mushrooms, peeled
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 4 garlic cloves

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms to bowl. Chop 3 seconds, speed 6

  2. Add oil and sauté 2 mins, 100 degrees, speed soft

  3. Add spinach, tomatoes, wine and salt & pepper and cook 4 mins, 100 degrees, reverse, speed soft
