Furikake from Skinny Mixers
- 30 g White Sesame seeds
- 10 g Black Seasame Seeds
- 3 sheets nori seaweed snack size, 2 grams
- 1/8 teaspoons ginger powder, .375 grams
- 1 teaspoons salt flakes
- 1/4 teaspoons dried chilli flakes
- 1/4 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 pinches white sugar, optional
- 20 g Bonito flake

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Shred nori in a bowl for 3 sec/speed 9/MC on, scrape bowl and repeat.
Add sesame seeds and roast for 10 min/steaming temp/speed 2/MC off.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix for 5 sec/speed 4/MC on. Set aside to cool before using.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 3 weeks.
