Recipe's preparation
Place ginger and almonds in TM bowl and process 10 seconds speed 6 until it resembles crumbs.
Add agave and room temperature butter.
Combine 5 seconds speed 5.
Scrape down side of bowl and mix 1 second speed 5.
Place into cling film and roll into log.
Refrigerate for later use.
Cut into disks for serving.
or
Individually pipe into serving spoons and store in fridge until ready for use.
Delicious on pancakes or banana bread.

Tip
Add more ginger for a spicier flavour.
Almonds can be substituted with other nuts e.g. Pecan or Macadamia.
