  • 1/4 cup (75g) reduced fat mayo
  • 2 level tablespoons Greek yoghurt
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 1 level tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 level teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 level tablespoons Chopped chives
  • 2 level tablespoons chopped tarragon
  • 1 level tablespoons finely chopped mint

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Chop finely or blitz the anchovy fillets (5 secs, speed 9).
    2. Add all ingredients into the TM6 and blitz to desired consistency (10-20 secs, speed 9).
    3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
