- 250ml soy sauce
- 140g brown sugar
- 150ml filtered water
- 1 tsp Grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander

- Add all ingredients to "Closed lid"
Cook 4 minutes, speed 2, 100 degrees MC on
- Cook 4 minutes, speed 2, 98 degrees MC on
- Cook 4 minutes, speed 1.5, 98 degrees MC off
- Sauce will thicken slightly as it cools in bottles.
Makes approximately 330ml
Tip: Cook for longer in final step if wanting a thicker sauce
