Lemon Basil Butter Sauce (for Pasta)

  • 2 pieces Lemon peel, 5cm - no pith
  • 1 bunches fresh basil, leaves only
  • 215 grams clarified butter or ghee
  • 2 level tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Eschallot

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add zest, basil and eschallot to TM bowl. Insert MC. Chop 3 seconds/speed 9.
  2. Scrape down sides of TM bowl and repaet until all ingredients are finely choipped.
  3. Add clarified butter. Insert MC. Cook 2.5 minutes/Varoma/Gentle stir setting
  4. Add lemon juice. Insert MC. Cook 2 min/varoma/Gentle stir setting
