Low Fodmap Tomato Sauce (Ketchup)
- 800 g chopped tomatoes, Tinned tomatoes
- 80 g olive oil, cold pressed, Garlic Infused
- 125 g tomato paste
- 125 g brown sugar
- 1 level teaspoons ground ginger
- 0.5 level teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 0.5 level teaspoons mixed spices
- 0.25 level teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 0.25 level teaspoons ground cloves
- 125 g apple cider vinegar

Recipe's preparation
- 1.Heat garlic infused olive oil 120C "Gentle stir setting" 3 mins
- 2. Add the tomato paste 120C "Gentle stir setting" 1 mins
- 3. Add the spices and the sugar "Gentle stir setting" 1min 30 sec. Make sure the sugar is dissolved.
- 4. Add the tinned tomatoes and apple cider vinegar and cook 110C speed 2, 20 mins (and replace the mc with the simmering basket on top)
- Cool and then bottle.
This yeilds approx 900 mls. The consistency is a little chunky (which I like). If you prefer the more commercial consistency, blend it after it has cooled until it meets your preference.
