Low FODMAPS Basil & Walnut Chunky Pesto

  • 1.5 cup of fresh basil
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 1 generous squeeze of lemon

Recipe's preparation

  1. Blitz in thermomix on a 7-8 until consistently processed. I like this chunky-ish but keep an eye on it and blitz to your liking.

    I thought this was tasty but DH said basil was too strong a taste.
