Super easy! Fairly new to the thermomix world and have never attempted jam of any type before. Had a bag of mandarins to use up and this was perfect and super easy. 😊. Will definitely be adding to my list of favourites to make again.

  • This was very easy and set

This was very easy and set beautifully, my first ever well set jam! I didn't know what it meant aboututting the basket on, so didn't bother with that. I'm guessing it would reduce the splatter! Great use for excess fruit, even those who don't like marmalade are enjoying it. Thank you!
