Natural Almond Butter

  • 250 g natural almonds

Recipe's preparation

    Natural Almond Butter
  1. Weigh and add in the almonds to the mixing bowl. Mill for 10 SECS SPD 9. This will give you almond meal.

    If you’d like almond butter scrape down sides, and continue on as below.
  2. Scrape down sides. Blend for 3 MINS SPD 5 (You can stop in between to scrap down sides if you wish).
  3. Pour/Scoop out into an air tight sterilised jar, refigerate for up to 7 days.
