Ingredients

100 g

Olive OIl Spread

  • 50 g Cashews
  • 20 g coconut oil
  • 50 g olive oil, light flavour

Recipe's preparation

    Olive Oil Spread

  1. 1. Place cashews in Thermomix and blitz for 20 seconds / speed 10. Scrape sides of bowl


    2. Add coconut oil and blend for another 30 seconds / speed 8. Scrape sides of bowl


    3. Insert butterfly and turn Thermomix onto speed 4 with MC in place.


    4. Slowly pour olive oil over MC - this should take about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes


    5. Scrape down sides and beat for another 30 seconds / speed 4


    6. Pour liquid into container and allow to set in fridge

Tip

Will be quite runny after beating, however thickens up in fridge. Must remain in fridge
