This jus is so good. So quick to make compared to stovetop version and goes well with a sous-vide steak in the thermo. Maybe not as thick but the flavour is amazing. Thankyou for sharing.

    Submitted by abondigirl on 15. June 2016 - 12:31.

This is brilliant.  I chopped up a green shallot, white and green bits instead of the purple shallot with a pinch of each dried herb.  As I steamed veges over the top I cooked it for an extra 5 minutes then added 1 tablespoon cornflour mixed with 1 tablespoon white wine and blended for 1 more minute at speed 1, 100C.  Fantastic over roast pork, even my husband asked me to glad the rest for tonight.
