  • 600 grams raspberries frozen
  • 170 grams passionfruit pulp
  • 260 grams honey

Recipe's preparation

    Jam
  1. Put the raspberries  passionfruit and honey into the TM Closed lid

    Cook for 20mins at 100 degrees on speed 2.

    For a thicker jam - cook for a further 5-10mins at varoma speed on speed 2.

  2. Pour the jam into a warmed clean jar and leave to cool.

Tip

- to make more jam just use an equal amount of sugar to fruit
