Recipe's preparation

    To make gravy
  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and cook 7 min/90C/on speed 4.

Tip

If your roasting pan is dry just splosh a little water in and loosen up the roasted bits, then pour into TM bowl.

You could also try using chicken stock for a chicken roast dinner.

    Too easy! Did not have any Worstershire sauce, so subbed it with a bit of oyster and Vegemite. Perfecto! Now know how to impress all with a great gravy! Thanks for sharing!

    It's me again ,have been sharing this recipe with my friends sooooo good, a big thank you for putting me on to this one...luv it , use original veg stock and throw garlic (skin on) and onion into baking dish and include this into the gravy,  will never use use any other gravy again..... Love

    Really nice, I was a bit heavy handed with the wine ( but I am we'll known for that!) but still nice, will make again.such a coincidence that I stumbled upon this recipe today as I have just started using pan juices but didn't know what to add , so we'll done and thanks for that tmrc_emoticons.)
