Salmon and Yogurt Cheese Dip

  • 200 gram yogurt cheese
  • 150 gram Smoked Salmon
  • 3 pieces lemon rind
  • 2 heaped tablespoon chopped dill
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Recipe's preparation

  1. Line a seive with muslin or similar weave fabric. Place yogurt in  lined seive over a bowl and allow whey to drain  for at least 4 hours. Overnight is preferable as you end up with a dryer cheese.

  2. Salmon and Yogurt Cheese Dip
  3. Place dill and lemond rind in to a very dry TM bowl and mill for 10secs on speed 9. Add remaining ingredients and combine on speed 4 for approx 5 secs.
