  • 125 grams sardines in springwater, drained (or equivalent amount of tuna)
  • 125 grams parmesan chunks
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 50 grams mayonnaise
  • 50 grams sour cream
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped

Recipe's preparation

    Sardine Parmesan Sandwich Spread
  1. Add all ingredients except spring onions to TM bowl and blend o speed 8 for 10 seconds. 

    Stir through spring onions.
