  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 2 spring onions
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 125 grams Smoked Salmon

Recipe's preparation

    Smoked salmon dip
  1. Chop dill and spring onions for 5 seconds on speed 7.


    Add smoked salmon and chop for 5 seconds on speed 5. Scrape down sides.


    Add cream cheese and lime juice. Mix for 10-15 seconds on speed 4.


    Serve in dip bowl and garnish with a sprig of dill.

    Delicious. I used red onion as I had no spring onion. Also used dried dill as I had no fresh. Guests loved it and kids loved it. Also great as sandwich spread.
