  • 250 gram Fresh sorrel

Recipe's preparation

    Sorrel butter cream
  1. 250 gram fresh sorrel

    1egg

    1/2cup cream

    15mil rice bran oil 

    30gram salted butter

     

  2. Wash sorrel and put in  TM bowl , chop sorrel for 4 seconds on speed 6 scrape bowl and  repeat set aside 

  3. Place egg cream and butter to TM bowl mix together for 10seconds on spread 6 

  4. Add copped sorrel to cream and butter mix 

    Weigh and pour 15 mil rice bran oil on lid with MC in place 

    mix together on speed 4 until oil all added 

     

  5. Serve on poached eggs can be served straight away or stored in jar for about 3 days  

    sorrel had a distinctly delicate sour taste

    This sounds like a great way to use up the sorrel, I have sorrel growing and cant keep up with it,  One good way of use as a mayo.  This would be great with salmon as well or any fish or meat.  Add that extra bite.
