Nice and easy recipe, and the jam is a great texture without changing a thing.
Personally I think I'll use a little less spice next time I make it, but that's just personal taste.

I loved the flavour of this - I added some lemon juice for some pectin. Very nice tart jam which I love. I have only licked the bowl so not sure of the cooled thickness - I cooked for 30 mins as I would prefer it not to be too thick. The flavour was declicious though... yum!

Super easy to make; I used frozen blueberries (because of the cost of fresh) and just cut the juice volume down by about 10 ml.
It's great just being able to make a small batch.
Thankyou for the recipe.

This is a really nice jam. I used frozen blueberries and cooked for 35 minutes. It's the first time I've made a jam in the thermomix that has a lovely firm consistency without adding jamsetta. It's my family's new favourite!

Just made a double batch and
Just made a double batch and ran out of orange juice so topped it up with lemon juice.
Great rich luscious favour not too sweet and a little spicy. I cooked for 30 minutes on Varoma and used my usual jam/paste method of - Butterfly, MC off and Varoma dish on top (to allow steamm to escape but stop mess over kitchen from splatter!).
Definitely will be making again and I think it would also work with frozen blueberries if they arent in season.
