Ingredients

500 g

  • 500 g cream cheese, spreadable (250g each)
  • 40 g Coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 6 strawberries, big ones

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place sugar and cream cheese into bowl. Blend 10 seconds on speed 6. Scrape down sides, add vanilla bean paste and blend again. Add strawberries and blend a further 6 seconds on speed 5 or until desired consistency is achieved.

    Serve with sliced apples and whole strawbwerries, or sweet wafer biscuits.

This dip can easily be made in both TM31 and TM5 using manual cooking. Enjoy!

    This was such a delicious surprise. Thanks so much, Sophimix. I made it with some homemade labne ( made from an excess of Thermie-made yogurt) and it still worked perfectly.
