Recipe's preparation
Place sugar and cream cheese into bowl. Blend 10 seconds on speed 6. Scrape down sides, add vanilla bean paste and blend again. Add strawberries and blend a further 6 seconds on speed 5 or until desired consistency is achieved.
Serve with sliced apples and whole strawbwerries, or sweet wafer biscuits.
