- 100 g strawberries
- 20 g maple syrup or honey
- 20 g balsamic vinegar
- 250 g block of cream cheese

This sweet and tart dip is lovely with my camembert crackers (on recipe community also)
and is also great served with fruit.
You can adjust the syrup/honey or balsamic vinegar to suit your taste.
In the picture i have sprinkled 'strawberry dust' on top - dehydrated strawberry slivers milled with raw sugar.
