      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Thank you for the recipe. So good to make it and not race out and buy it. My mix was quite dry...is this correct? Believe it or not I haven't made or bought it before! I made hommus with it from another thermomix recipe. Another question...would it freeze well? TIA

  • Awesome recipe. I made this

Awesome recipe. I made this because I refuse to pay $6 for a jar of tahini paste! I think next time I'll halve the recipe because we don't eat it that much. Newbie question but can you freeze tahini paste?

We use it within a couple of weeks, if you sterilize the jar, use a clean spoon and no double dipping it should stay fresh
