- 1 M/C Lemon Juice

Soak the bread in water, take off crust and wring out bread well.
Put the tarama into bowl with half the lemon juice, a small amount of the oil and mix for 1 minute on speed 7. Add remainder of juice and oil and all of the bread and mix on speed 6 until combined. Use spatula to aid.
If you want to add onion, chop this first on speed 7 for 5 seconds then continue with above instructions.

Unfortunetly this recipe did not turn out like i would have liked it to.
it was bitter, runny and did not taste like the Taramosalata my mum use to make.

Hi Helen, I'm so looking forward to making taramosalata in my Thermomix! Can I use mashed potato instead of the bread to make it gluten free? How much potato or mashed potato would you recommend? Thanks.
