If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Wash herbs and rest on a dry towel, ensure they are dry before using.

  2. Separate leaves from stalks for the parlsey and coriander. No stalks in the bowl.

  3. Place the parsely, chives, coriander and garlic into the TM bowl. Chop for 5 seconds on speed 7

  4. Scrape down sides, if not even in size, blitz again for 3 seconds on speed 7.

  5. Add cream cheese and yoghurt. Mix for 20 seconds on speed 4-5.

  6. Scrape down sides, if lumps are in the cheese. Blitz again for 10 seconds on speed 4.

  7. Turn into bowl, add ground black pepper and rock salt, a squeeze of lime and turn through gently. You want explosions of taste throughout the dip.

  8. Spoon into serving bowl and serve with corn chips.
