If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Put onions and garlic in "Closed lid" on 5 sec / speed 5.
2. Add butter and olive oil and cook for 6 min / veroma / "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 1.
3. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and oregano and cook for 10 min / 80°C / "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 2.
4. Add salt and pepper, fruit chutney, curry powder and sugar and cook for 3 min / 80° / speed 2.
