For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Drain sundried tomatoes and place into TM bowl.
Chop tomatoes for 8 seconds on speed 7.
Cut cream cheese into 4 pieces and to the bowl with tomatoes, lightly drained salmon and lemon juice.
Combine for 20 seconds on speed 5, or more if you want it really smooth. Ready to serve.

Tip
Add a little more juice if you want to depending on flavour and consistency you want. As well as a dip this recipe can be used for sandwich fillings, topping on whole baked potatoes.
