Recipe's preparation

  1. prepare tomato's score tomatos and dip in hot water to remove skin and remove seeds you need approz 1.5kg tomatos to get 700g

    place sugar in jug and mix 10/90/speed2

    then add fruit and lemon juice and sugars

    cook 30min/100/speed 2

    then cook further 15min/veroma/speed 2/mc off replaced by basket,test jam if may need extra cookingtime

    makes 2 jam jars
