If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Add onions and salt mix for 3 sec/sp 5
Add tomatoes halved for 1 minute/"Gentle stir setting"
Add mustard and curry powder in a small bowl with a dash of water to make a paste and add to the bowl
Add sugar and Ezy sauce and cook for 1 hour/Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
warning this will stink your house out so ventilate well)
Mix cornflour with a dash of cold water in the MC and add to the mix in the last 10 minutes of cooking
When finished pour into sterilised jars.
