  • 90 gram black tahini
  • 15 grams Nutritional Yeast Flakes
  • 25 grams tamari
  • 1 level tsp Himalayan salt

Recipe's preparation

    Vegemite - Healthy Verision
  1. Add all ingredients in the bowl and mix 20 seconds sp 7
  2. Scrape down sides and repeat 20 seconds sp 7
  3. store in a sterzilized jar and place in fridge

    Yum. I used my home made black tahini (recipe is on the recipe community). Next time I might mill the yeast flakes first to give it a smoother texture.

    How do you think I’d go if u used unhulled tahini (brown) instead of black tahini, I don’t care about the colour but do you think it would taste the same?
