2 Min Noodle Muffin Quiche

  • 3 Rashers Bacon chopped and cooked
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 package 2 minite noodles, I don't use the flavour satchet but is optional
  • 1 Handfull frozen peas and corn
  • 1 litre water

Recipe's preparation

    2 Minite Noodle Muffin Quiches
  1. Put 1 ltr water in ThemomixClosed lid and start heating to Veroma temp.Put all ingredients in a bowl and combine.Put into silicone moulds then into Veroma. Cook for 25/Veroma/2.

    These were so good, you can't go wrong with bacon and eggs. The noodles were overpowering but you could still taste them. I thought next time i make them i might sub spring onion for the peas and add a little salt for extra flavour.

    tmrc_emoticons.) Sorry just saw this!! I just combine it all in a mixing bowl so my water can start heating in thermie. Only needs a light mix to bring it together. xo
