Lovely salad. The ginger is the perfect flavour in it. My kids love it too, so I just leave out the chilli when I am making it for them. I can tell I'll be making this lots n lots tmrc_emoticons.)

This is lovely tasty salad with sweet touch.  The chilli finishes the product.  For the apple I used one sml granny smith and one sml jonathon and it worked great.

    Hi Lozzie,

A pepita is a pumpkin seed kernel (not the outer shell, the smaller green kernel inside the larger white outer shell) that can usually be bought in a bag from Supermarket health food aisle.

Hope that clears it up for you tmrc_emoticons.)
