Recipe's preparation
- Place onions, garlic and parsley in the mixing bowl and chop 5 secs / speed 5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. No need to wash bowl.
- Place rinsed and drained red kidney beans in mixing bowl add 1 cup of water. Cook 2 mins / 120°C /
"No counter-clockwise operation" speed 1
- Transfer red kidney beans to reserved herb mixture, add cherry tomatoes, fresh lemon juice, olive oil and seasoning to taste. Serve with sliced halloumi cheese and smoked salmon.
