Ingredients
Bircher Muesli
- 40g Quick Oats
- 40g chia seeds
- 20g dessicated coconut
- 50g currants or dried cranberries
- 80g Greek yoghurt
- 130g Milk of choice
- 20g lemon juice
- 1tbs sweetener, (eg honey or maple syrup)
- 1 apple, peeled and quartered

Recipe's preparation
- Place apple in bowl. Chop 6 seconds / speed 4. Scrape sides of bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients, mix 10 seconds / speed 2.5.
Transfer into jar or container and place in fridge for a few hours or overnight.
