If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. stale bread in mixing bowl and chop 10 sek/ speed 5 and transfer into a separate bowl
2. add onion and parsley into mixing bowl and chop 3sek/ speed 6 and scrape sides with spatula
3. add butter and steam for 3min / 120 degrees/speed 1
4. add the milk and warm up for 1min 30 sek/ 60 degrees/ speed 1
5. add stale breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg, mix 20 sek/ "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 3 with the aid of the spatula and transfer into a separate bowl
6. using wet hands, make 12 bread dumplings and transfer into greased varoma dish and tray, clean mixing bowl
7. add water to mixing bowl, sit varoma on the top, steam for 30 min/ varoma/ speed 1
Eat the hot bread dumplings with a beer sauce by itself or as a side dish with meat and salad or served with a mushroom sauce

I would have liked to see the recipe for the Beer Sauce to serve these with - sounds interesting!
