  • 40 grams parmesan
  • 8 sprigs parsley
  • 400 grams tuna, Smoked or in Brine
  • 1 can Chickpeas, washed & drained
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 3 lemons, juice only
  • 20 grams olive oil

Recipe's preparation

    Tuna Protein Dip
  1. Combine all ingredients on speed 7 for 30 seconds. Serve and garnish with extra parsely.

Tip

Smoked Tuna will make the flavour richer. 

Can be served with crackers or used as a sandwich filler.
