- 800 g water
- 250 g corn kernels, frozen
- 2 level tbsp green chilli, Chopped
- 1/2 level tsp salt
- 1/2 level tsp ground black pepper
- 1 level teaspoons icing sugar
- 1/2 level teaspoons baking soda
- 2 level teaspoons corriander, Freshly chopped
- 2 level tbsp lemon juice
- 150 g plain flour
- 1 level tbsp oil
- 70 g plain flour
- 70 g rice flour
- 1/4 level teaspoons baking powder
- 300 g water
- 200 g breadcrumbs, For rolling
- 1 oil, For frying

- 1) place water and corn boil 10min/100deg/speed2
2)in a separate bowl add 70g flour, 70g rice flour, salt, baking powder mix well with a fork add 300g water and mix into a batter. Set aside
3) drain water from the corn andblend corn mixutre into a smooth paste add green chillies 1min/speed 5
4) in another bowl add 150g flour, salt,Black pepper,icing sugar,Baking soda,corriander,lemon juice and corn paste 2min/speed3
Pour dough into oiled bowl .
5) take small quantities of dough and roll into cylinders freeze for 15 minutes.
6) dip each roll into batter and then dip into bread crumbs.
7) heat oil and fry until golden and crispy.
drain onto absorbent paper and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
