Recipe's preparation
ensure olives are really pitted (the jars can lie!)
place fennel, olives, orange, parsley, spring onion in TM bowl
turbo for 2 x 1 second
empty it into a bowl, pour a lug of olive oil over the top and eat!

I made this for lunch today
I made this for lunch today with some baked salmon on top. Delicious! I will probably omit the olives next time and add more herbs

This was enough for 2 of us
This was enough for 2 of us as a side dish, but I over blitzed it by a couple of seconds, and it was a bit mushy. Tasty mush, though! Better to set the timer for 2 seconds than to guess, as I did! I'll try it again. Walnuts sound good on top!
