- 2 teaspoons Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 80 grams chia seeds
- 400 grams water
- 100 grams Nuts
- 2 green apples, quartered, cored
- 1 tablespoon Sweetener of choice, optional
1. Add apples, water and nuts to bowl blending 1 minute, speed 9.
2. Scape down sides. Add chia and matcha mixing for 5 seconds, speed 5.
3. Pour mixture into jar or bowl, leave in the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight.
4. Serve with fresh fruit.
