      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

I rice my cauliflower in the Thermomix and freeze in about 500 g portions. To rice a cauliflower, cut into florets, add about 1/4 of the cauliflower at a time and chop on about speed 4 or 5 - check every few seconds until cauliflower is in rice-size pieces.

It is also possible to rice the cauliflower while chopping the garlic and onion. Add the florets at step one and chop 10 sec/speed 5 - check and chop on speed 5 until desired consistency is reached. Add remaining ingredients and cook 20 min/105 degrees/Counter-clockwise operation/speed Gentle stir setting, no MC

Delicious.... It would be good if the recipe said to chop the cauli and set aside before chopping and cooking onion and garlic.
