  • 600 grams water
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1.5 teaspoon salt, fine
  • 400 grams peas, baby, frozen
  • 20 grams Butter
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, ground

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Water, garlic and salt in the Closed lid"Closed lid" Heat 6mins 100* sp1

  2. Add peas cook 7mins 98* sp1

  3. Drain through the basket, discarding water.

  4. Return peas to bowl with garlic, butter, and chop 3 sec sp4.

  5. Scrape down sides and add the sour cream, mint, 1/2 teaspn salt & pepper.

  6. mix 15sec sp3

    Serve immediately
