Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Place all dry ingredients into the thermomix bowl
"Closed lid"
"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 5 to mix .
- Add wet ingredients and mix until bind
"Closed lid"
"Gentle stir setting" .
- use the kneading setting for 20 minutes
"Dough mode" and place in the fridge to rest for 20 minutes .
- split into 15g balls and and roll out into thin disks , fry in a moderately hot pan until golden and cooked through .
