Silverbeet, kale and brussel sprout stirfry

Ingredients

2 portion(s)

stirfry greens

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 8 brussel sprouts, take of the woody end, slice into 3
  • 2 leaves of kale, stripped off the stalk
  • 6 leaves of silverbeet, stipped off stalk and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 lime

Recipe's preparation

    stirfry winter greens
  1. Chop the garlic clove speed 7 for 2 seconds, scrape down and add the olive oil. Cook 1 minute speed2 100 degrees. Add brussel sprouts, put timer on for 10 miinutes at 100 degrees speed 2. After 3 minutes add the chopped kale through the hole in the lid. After 3 more minutes add the silverbeet and the oyster sauce and lime juice.

Tip

Can make with shredded cabbage rather than brussel spouts, spinach rather than silverbeet. 

lovely served with grilled halloumi and a roast root veg salad.

    Yum, I changed the veggies around and had some brussel sprouts, cabbage and runner beans and served with lentil burgers. It came out great. thanks for sharing!
