      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper, Cornflour, Plain Flour, and egg into mixing bowl. 

    2. Chop 5 sec/Speed 5

    3. Check consistancy add ectra flour if needed and combine 5 sec/Speed 5

    4. Heat Oil in frying pan, and place 2 heaped spoon fulls of mixture into the hot pan and flattern.

    5. Fry until cooked on both sides.

    Best served hot.
