Rice

500 grams long grain rice, Cooked in TM5 on automated recipe or 4-5 cups of cooked.rice

Ingredients for Salad

2-3 onions, Peeled &amp;amp; halved (Amount according to taste)
2-3 Red Apples, Cored and quartered
480 grams sultanas, About 2-3 cups to taste

Dressing

100 grams Organic Panela Sugar, Can use raw or rapadura
180 grams apple cider vinegar, Can use White or other to taste
260 grams light olive oil
1 heaped tablespoon curry powder, Less or More to taste

  If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
  For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
  
  Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

Rice

Cook Rice and set aside in Thermoserver or large bowl to mix later

Ingredients for Salad

Weigh sultanas and add to rice.

Place onions & apples in TM bowl and Chop 2 seconds, Speed 4

Add to rice.

Dressing

Weigh sugar, apple cider vinegar and oil into TM bowl.

Add curry powder.

Mix 5-10 seconds, Speed 6

Mix

Mix all ingredients well by hand. Add salt & pepper to taste
