Tomato & Capscium Rice

Ingredients

6 portion(s)

onion

  • 1 onion, cut into halves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 180 grams Tomato fresh or can diced
  • 20 grams red capsicum, into quarters
  • 25 grams olive oil
  • 25 gram Butter
  • 400 grams basmati rice
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1200 g chicken stock liquid

Recipe's preparation

    Step 1: Place onion, garlic cloves, tomatoes and capsicum into mixing bowl, chop 5sec/speed 5.
  1. Step 2: Add olive oil, butter and saute for 5min/Varoma/speed1.

  2. Step 3: Add rice, salt and chicken stock, cook 17min/100C/Counter-clockwise operation/speed1.

  3. Serve into thermo server and allow to rest for 3 mins before serviing.

  • Loved the flavour but I

    Loved the flavour but I halved the recipe and had a mushy mess at the endtmrc_emoticons.( definitely not separate grains like in the picture! Would it be worth trying it in the basket??
