  • 60 grams Butter
  • 420 grams carrots, (about 3 Medium Carrots)
  • 1 tablespoon Concentrated vegetable stock
  • 410 grams hot water, (2 cups)
  • 60 grams stilton cheese, (or more to taste)
  • 100 grams cream, (1/2 cup)

Recipe's preparation

    Carrot and Stilton Soup
  1. Place butter in TM bowl,  melt for 1 minute at 60, on speed 4

     

    2. Add the carrots, chopped big enough to fit through the hole of the TM lid.

    Add Conentrated vegetable stock  and hot water. Mix for a few seconds on

    speed 6 to combine then cook for 12 minutes at 100 on speed 1

     

    3. Blend for 30 seconds by slowly going from speed 1 to speed 9 until you

    have a smooth mixture.

     

    4. Add the cheese and cream then mix for a few seconds on speed 4.

     

    5. Serve. Sprinkle a little extra cheese if preferred.

    I used to have a microwave recipe for Carrot and Stilton soup but haven't been able to locate it for ages. So happy to have found your recipe - I made it last night for a special occasion dinner and it was delicious. Thanks for sharing it.
