CORN CHOWDER

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 Handful parsley
  • 40g Salted butter
  • 4 Bacon Rashes Trimmed
  • 2 large carrots
  • 550g white potatoes (washed)
  • 1 400g can corn kernels
  • 1 can campbells cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 soup can of water
  • 100g full cream milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add garlic, peeled and cut onion, parsley and butter to bowl. Chop 5 Sec Sp 7. Scrape down sides. Cook 3 Min Varoma Sp 1.
    Meanwhile scrub potatoes, no need to peel. Cut into 3cm chunks.
    Peel 2 carrots, cut into 2cm chunks, Cut bacon into 3cm chunks.
    Add to bowl. Cut 4 Sec Sp 4.
    Cook 6 min Varoma, Sp 2 REVERSE
    Add corn including liquid
    Add soup and half can water.
    Salt, pepper - to taste. Don't over salt...
    15 min 110c Sp 1 REVERSE
    Stir through 100g milk and eat up!! Delish tmrc_emoticons.)
