      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Cauliflower Soup
  1. Place leek in T M bowl and cut 3 seconds/ Speed 4

     

    Add butter and Saute 3 minutes/ 120 degrees/Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting

     

    Add cauliflower, apple, and celery and cut 4  seconds/ speed 5

     

    Add coconut cream, water and vege stock paste.

     

    Cook 17 minutes/ Speed 1/ 100 degrees

     

    Blend 1 minute/ speed 9

    Really yummy soup!  I used coconut milk as I didn't have coconut cream.  I also added some cheddar cheese at the end.  I'll be making this one again.  Thanks!   tmrc_emoticons.)
