Recipe's preparation

    Cauliflower Soup
  1. Place leek in T M bowl and cut 3 seconds/ Speed 4


    Add butter and Saute 3 minutes/ 120 degrees/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"


    Add cauliflower, apple, and celery and cut 4  seconds/ speed 5


    Add coconut cream, water and vege stock paste.


    Cook 17 minutes/ Speed 1/ 100 degrees


    Blend 1 minute/ speed 9

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Creamy Cauliflower Soup

    Really yummy soup!  I used coconut milk as I didn't have coconut cream.  I also added some cheddar cheese at the end.  I'll be making this one again.  Thanks!   tmrc_emoticons.)
